To ensure a smooth connection for scheduling and posting, follow these steps:
- Verify Permissions: Ensure your user account on the social platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) has **Administrator** or **Editor** permissions for the specific page/business profile you wish to connect.
- Stay Logged In: Before clicking "Connect Account," open a new browser tab and log into the target social media account.
- Authorization: When prompted by the platform's authorization screen, **do not deselect any permissions.** Our scheduler requires full permissions to read, schedule, and publish posts.
- Finish Setup: After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to the Settings page, and the new account will appear in the list.
If the connection fails, please log out of the social platform, clear your browser cookies, and try again.
